Albert Edge has made a series of video tutorials that made it easy for me to follow along and learn. Keep in mind that the guy is trying to sell something so there's a lot of hype-- just ignore it. The program really works if you follow along on your own piano, and even if you don't have one, you can download the videos to put on your laptop so you have them when you need them. Overall, this is the best guide I've tried!

Duane gives you an eBook full of pictures of hand positions for most any chord you can think of, along with the description. You'll also get access to the website where he gives you audio instruction on what to do. This particular package helped me with my augmented, diminished and minor chords. What the guide lacks in beauty, it makes up in information and guidance!
